Fair split check: is the setup working for everyone?
What it does: you type in the totals from your worksheets, for 2 to 8 people. What you get: a plain-words read of whether the split can keep going. It scores the setup, never a person. About 5 minutes
Works for 2 to 8 people.
Type in the totals from your worksheets and see, in plain words, whether the way you share the load right now is working for everyone. It scores the setup, never a person, and never the relationship as a whole.
Want each input worked out from your raw entries, the overall score and a trend log? Use the full CALC-01. The math is the same on both pages.
Three steps, each counted by how much it matters to the read: balance counts for 40%, ownership for 35% and stress for 25% (the “weights” 0.40, 0.35 and 0.25 you see beside each step).
1. How the hours split
Balance (workload balance) · counts for 40% (weight 0.40)
From WP-01, Who did what or the Lemonade Stand: each person's total hours (or minutes) for the week.
2. Does each job have a name?
Ownership (ownership clarity) · counts for 35% (weight 0.35)
From WP-03, One owner per job: count every regular job you listed yourself, including the ones nobody owns yet, and how many of them have an owner. Starter examples you never filled in don’t count.
3. How much each person is carrying
Stress (average load) · counts for 25% (weight 0.25)
From WP-02, How much are you carrying?: each person's own score, their five 0–4 answers added up and divided by 20. It runs from 0 to 1, and higher means heavier. Everyone fills in their own; nobody guesses for someone else.
Fill in the three steps above to see a read.

What would help most
The words and their cut-offs: 0.70 or more, working well. 0.40 up to 0.70, needs a look. Below 0.40, needs a rethink, together. Here higher means the setup is working better. Read from the score rounded to two decimals, so the number and the words always agree. This is a rule-of-thumb worksheet, not a tested model or a compatibility test. It only reflects what you enter, and it can't decide whether a relationship is worth continuing. Nothing you type is saved or sent.
CALC-01 puts Pillar I (“See the whole load”) and Pillar II (“Fix the setup, not the person”) to work, with a battery check from Pillar III, Read your state first. In you: you see the whole load you carry as one number. Between you and others: you get one fair read of the setup, never a score on anyone.
Read the reasoning in Chapter II. Keep the numbers week by week in REPORT-01, or build your Workpaper Suite.
