REPORT-01 · The Full Read
Your progress, week by week
One place to type in what your worksheets produced each week, and a report that reads them side by side to show where they agree and where they don’t.
This report brings the big ideas together: the load, how the setup is holding, your load scores, how repair is going, and the jobs that quietly slip back. In you: you see your own patterns over time. Between you and others: you get one shared picture of the setup, never a verdict on either person.

Once a week, copy in your numbers.
After your weekly catch-up, type the figures from the worksheets you ran: the minutes from Who did what, your load scores, how many jobs have an owner, and so on. Leave blank what you didn’t run. It takes about a minute.
Dig deeper: adding a week -
Once a month, add the monthly look-back.
Enter the gaps you found, and how many were back after being fixed last month. That repeat count matters most.

Read what it writes.
The report says where things stand, how the numbers fit together, and what to do next. Every note follows a written rule you can check.
Dig deeper: the report itself -
It reads the setup, never a person.
It never judges either of you or compares you. It is not a clinical tool. If a note is used to end a conversation, it’s being used the wrong way. It’s meant to start one.
