REPORT-01
The Full Read WHERE ALL YOUR WORKSHEETS COME TOGETHER
One place to record what your worksheets produced, and a report that reads them side by side instead of one at a time.
This report brings all Five Pillars together: the load (I), how the setup is holding (II), your load scores (III), how repair is going (IV), and the jobs that quietly slip back (V). In you: you see your own patterns over time. Between you and others: you get one shared picture of the setup, never a verdict on either person.
Where the numbers come from: the fill-in workpapers · CALC-01 · Build your Workpaper Suite
Each worksheet answers one question well, but it can't see the others. WP-01 can't see whether each job has an owner. WP-03 can't see whether the work is shared fairly. CALC-01 reads three of them and still can't see whether last month's fixes held.
This page is where they're read together. Type in what your worksheets produced. It takes about a minute a week. The page then writes what no single worksheet can: where the numbers agree, where they disagree, and which disagreement matters.
Your ledger is a file, not a login. Nothing here is stored in this browser, and nothing you type or choose is sent anywhere. Press Save ledger to download a small file. Next week, press Load ledger to pick up where you left off.
That's on purpose. A household's records shouldn't sit in the browser of a computer two people share. A file you keep is one you can put somewhere private, copy, or delete completely.

Add a Week
From the weekly closing
Everything here comes from a worksheet you've already filled in. Leave blank anything you didn't do this week. The report works around gaps instead of guessing.
The weeks so far
| Week of | WB | OC | AS | RF | Setup | Δ | Overall | Loops | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No weeks recorded yet. | |||||||||
Key: WB = workload balance (WP-01). OC = ownership clarity (WP-03). AS = leftover stress, how stretched everyone is (WP-02). RF = retuning frequency (WP-09). Setup = the setup score, how well the setup holds up (CALC-01). Δ = change in the setup score since the week before. Overall = the setup score plus how well you repair after friction. Loops = daily check-ins done (WP-13).

From WP-04, What keeps coming back?
Do this once a month. The "recurring" number matters most here. A falling gap count where old gaps keep coming back is very different from a falling count where they don't.

What the figures say to each other
Each finding below comes from reading two or more worksheets together. No single worksheet could produce any of them.

How This Report Is Written
Nothing here is a model, a prediction or an opinion. Every finding comes from a written rule applied to the numbers you entered. Each rule is listed below, so you can check the report instead of just trusting it.
| Finding | Rule | Reads from |
|---|---|---|
| Clarity without parity | Ownership clarity is 0.85 or higher while workload balance is 0.60 or lower. The job list is clear, but the split is not. | WP-01 + WP-03 |
| Structure holding, repair not | The setup score is more than 0.08 above the overall score. Friction is being swallowed instead of talked through. | CALC-01 + WP-09 |
| Repair carrying the structure | The overall score is more than 0.08 above the setup score. Good communication is making up for a setup that keeps causing the friction in the first place. | CALC-01 + WP-09 |
| Load isn't the driver | Leftover stress rises for three or more weeks while workload balance stays flat. Something outside the chore split is causing it. | WP-01 + WP-02 |
| Drift rule | The overall score drops by more than 0.10 three weeks in a row. Time for a planned job-list review, not an emergency. | CALC-01 |
| Fixes aren't holding | More than half of fixed gaps come back, across the recorded months. The same gaps are being patched again instead of truly closed. | WP-04 |
| Job list gone quiet | Six or more weeks recorded with no job list changes logged. A living agreement that never changes probably isn't being used. | WP-03 + WP-13 |
| The loop isn't feeding forward | Friction logged over three or more weeks, with nothing moved on to another worksheet. The daily check-in is running but going nowhere. | WP-13 + WP-09 |
| Kit doing its job | The Calm-Down Kit was used in a week when leftover stress fell. Using the kit and the drop line up. | WP-11 + WP-02 |
| Invisible work surfacing | Ownership clarity falls while the task list grows. The score drops because hidden work got named, which is the score working as it should. | WP-03 + WP-04 |
| The habit is holding | The daily check-in ran at least five days a week, three weeks in a row. | WP-13 |
What this report will never contain: a judgment about either person, a comparison between people, or advice about the relationship's future. It reads how your setup changes over time. That is all it does.
None of it is a tested clinical or statistical tool. If a finding here is used to end a conversation instead of starting one, it is being misused.
