Who did what
Write down what actually happened this week, before anyone starts remembering it as a story. Each person writes only their own side. Part B, Kind ways to say no, is optional.

What you type stays on this device. Nothing you enter in this worksheet is sent anywhere. Nothing is stored unless you turn on “Keep a draft on this device”. One exception: once you type names, “Use these names in the other tools” under them is ticked, which keeps just the names, only in this browser, so the site’s other worksheets can offer them. Untick it to forget them, and it won’t tick itself again.
