Guided program
Which part of the program to use
There are a few ways into the same program. They all use the same chapters and worksheets; they differ in how much is laid out for you. If you only pick one, pick six gentle weeks.
-
Six gentle weeks
Use it when: you’d like to be walked through, one small step a week.
One worksheet a week, in order, ending with a before-and-after look in week six. It works best with the other person, and works on your own too. A tracker can remember which weeks you’ve done, on this device only, if you turn it on.
-
The Workpaper Suite
Use it when: you want the worksheets for your situation in one place, ready to fill in.
Choose your road (just you, two of you, or a group) and the Suite lays out the right worksheets in order, as fillable PDFs you save on your device, with a plan for each week.
-
The package and report
Use it when: you’ve filled things in and want it all pulled together.
One fillable PDF with every worksheet for your relationship (or just for you), then a report made from your answers: what stands out, things worth a second look, and kind next steps.
-
Your progress, week by week
Use it when: you’re partway in and want the picture to build up instead of starting over.
A simple week-by-week record of what each step turned up (REPORT-01).
-
The maps: overview and indexes
Use them when: you want to see how it all fits, or exactly what’s built.
The Program Overview explains how chapters, worksheets and calculators connect. The Suite Index is the official list of what’s live today. Neither is a place to start; they’re for looking things up.
