01

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use spreadloveandacceptance.com and The Objective Ledger™ (TOL-OS), operated by Patrick Christian Andrews. This site is intentionally simple: it is a static website with no user accounts, no login, and no server-side database of its own. Almost everything described below happens through third-party services, not through code we control directly.

02

What Data Is Collected

The site itself does not run analytics, tracking pixels, or its own cookies. The only data touchpoints are:

  • Payment & membership data: if you subscribe to the paid membership, your name, email, and payment details are collected and processed entirely by Gumroad, our payment processor, not by us directly.
  • Hosting logs: this site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log visitor IP addresses and request data as part of standard web server operation, governed by GitHub's own privacy policy.
  • Font loading: this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of the standard font-loading request, governed by Google's privacy policy.
  • Interactive tools: the Lemonade Stand calculator and Nervous System Ladder run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is transmitted anywhere or stored beyond your current browser session.
03

Third-Party Processors

We rely on the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

  • Gumroad — payment processing, subscription billing, and receipt delivery for the paid membership.
  • GitHub Pages — website hosting.
  • Google Fonts — web font delivery.

We do not sell or share your personal data with any party beyond what is necessary for these services to function.

04

How Data Is Used

Payment and membership data is used solely to process your subscription, deliver content updates, and respond to support requests. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build behavioral profiles from site usage since the site does not run analytics of its own.

05

Data Retention

Payment and subscription records are retained by Gumroad according to their own retention policy and applicable financial recordkeeping requirements. We do not separately store a copy of your payment information.

06

Your Rights

You may request details of what information is associated with your subscription, request a copy of it, or request deletion (subject to what Gumroad and applicable law require us to retain, such as records needed for tax or dispute purposes) by contacting us at the email in Section 09. Depending on your location, you may also have specific rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; this section will be expanded with jurisdiction-specific detail during attorney review.

07

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

08

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
