Overview

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for the paid "Spread Love & Acceptance Relationship Survival Kit" monthly membership, billed and processed through Gumroad. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, in either of these ways:

  • Log into your Gumroad Library (library.gumroad.com) and cancel the subscription directly.
  • Email patrickacloud@gmail.com with your cancellation request and the email address used for your subscription.

Canceling stops all future billing. You retain access to previously delivered content for the remainder of the billing period you already paid for.

Refund Eligibility

Because this is digital content delivered immediately upon each billing cycle, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Partial months: we do not provide prorated refunds for canceling partway through a billing period — you keep access through the end of the period already paid for.
  • First billing cycle: if you believe your first charge was made in error, or the content materially did not match what was described on the site at the time of purchase, contact us within 14 days of that charge to request a review.
  • Discretionary review: requests outside the above are reviewed case by case at our discretion; we aim to respond within 5 business days.

Digital Content & IP Protection

All manuscript chapters, workpapers, and calculators delivered as part of the membership are licensed for the personal use of the subscribing household only. Cancellation and any refund does not transfer ownership or resale rights to previously downloaded materials. Redistribution, resale, or public republication of paid content without written permission is a violation of the Terms of Service and may result in termination of access without refund.

Billing Disputes

If you have a billing question or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank or card provider — most billing issues can be resolved faster this way, and a direct resolution avoids unnecessary dispute fees on both sides.
