Workpaper Playground

Four tools, one worked example, real math. Change anything and watch the numbers move. Nothing is saved.

WP-01 is Pillar I, See the whole load. WP-02 is Pillar III, Read your state first. WP-03 and CALC-01 are Pillar II, Fix the setup, not the person. In you: you notice what you really carry, and how full your battery is. Between you and others: clear owners replace blame.

The example is three roommates. Rename them if you like, or pretend they're your partner, your family or your team: the worksheets work the same way for 2 to 8 people.

Who did what: see the whole load

For one ordinary week, jot down what took time, who did it and roughly how many minutes. Include the invisible work: planning, remembering, noticing. "Shared" splits the minutes evenly.

How much are you carrying? Read your state first

Score five things about yourself for the last day or two, from 0 (not at all) to 4 (very true). Add them up and divide by 20. It's a self-check, not a health measure, and only ever filled in about yourself.

One owner per job: fix the setup, not the person

For each regular job, name who is Responsible (does it) and who is Accountable (notices if it didn't happen). Leave unowned jobs on the list; they're the ones that matter most.

CALC-01 · Pillars I and II together

Is the setup working for everyone?

CALC-01 puts the three together: balance from WP-01, ownership from WP-03, and the average of everyone's battery from WP-02. Each person fills in their own battery, so here the example roommates' scores are typed in for them.

From practice to your real week

  1. Each person does the two-minute WP-02, How much are you carrying? before you start, so you pick a calm moment.
  2. Log one ordinary week in WP-01 (or the Lemonade Stand).
  3. Sit down once and fill in WP-03 together.
  4. Put the numbers into CALC-01 and start with the biggest shortfall.
  5. Keep the weeks side by side in REPORT-01, or build your whole Workpaper Suite.

What happens to what you type here? Nothing. This page doesn't save or send anything. The real worksheets only keep a draft on your device if you tick the box that says so, and they let you erase it.
