Help beyond this site
This site is a set of small tools, not therapy. Sometimes you need a person: a counsellor, a helpline, or a group of people going through the same thing. Here is a short list of well-known places to start.
Find a counsellor or therapist
Relationship counsellors don’t only see couples. Many also see families, siblings, co-parents and people on their own. When you search, look for “relationship”, “family” or “couples and families”.

Why there’s no forum or group here
This site has no accounts, no comments and no community board, on purpose. A forum would mean keeping what people write on a server, and someone at home could find it. Everything you do here stays on your own device. The places above are run by people trained to help, with their own privacy rules. This site can’t see whether you visit them.
