Watch two rhythms fall into step

Also called the Frequency Sync Visualizer

Two rhythms, one for you and one for the other person. When they drift apart, the picture gets choppy. Bring them closer, or tap “Check in” to let them settle into step. Notice that both of them move toward the middle: neither person becomes the other. That’s the idea behind the 90-second daily check-in.

This picture belongs to Pillar IV, Tune how you send and receive. In you: you notice your own pace and rhythm. Between you and others: a mismatch is a tuning gap you close a little each day, not a moral failing. See the Five Pillars.

Sound plays a soft tone for each person, you in the left ear and them in the right, each pulsing at its own rhythm. Headphones help; start with the volume low. The sound stops when you leave the page.

It’s a picture of an idea, not a measurement of anyone. People don’t have a real “beats a second” to find, and being in step doesn’t mean agreeing on everything. It means small, regular check-ins keep you close enough to hear each other.
