Same moment, different speeds

For a few moments that come round often, each of you marks your own speed, how much you want to talk, and how urgent it feels. Then you look at the gaps together, and write one small agreement for the biggest one.

The ideas behind it: tune how you send and receive, and fix the setup, not the person (a gap in pace gets an agreement, not a label). They are two of the site’s Five Pillars, the big ideas everything here is built on.
